Appalling service! Came to fix our washer charged us $260 for initial visit for 15 mins work. After he left tried the washing machine and it still didn’t work. Sam came back a second time and charged us another $200. Machine still didn’t work. He then took our machine to fix and gave us an older one to use in the mean time. This was months ago. He now says our old machine doesn’t work and gave us another second hand washer at the cost of another $250. Absolute joke!! Avoid at all costs!

Now this has never happened to me before! When I called this business to repair my dishwasher, I was told someone will attend the next day. Not only no one came over, but they ignored my phone calls and multiple SMS messages. I do not recommend calling this business, as they are unreliable and unprofessional. I went with another business who showed up when they said they will.

Terrible. I tried to have my dishwasher repaired. Someone turned up, decided the dishwasher is beyond reasonable repair without even opening or checking anything. Recommended new dishwasher. Charged me $132 for the advice”. They also tried to talk me into buying a “report” which would imply the dishwasher failure was result of a storm
