YSR Smash Repairs

I had an insurance claim booked through them where they took it to Lifestyle 4x4, which came back with multiple issues, I then raised these issues with YSR and they were greatly helpful with getting everything fixed. I was really pleased with their service and would highly recommend them just based on customer service alone

Dead set chuffed with the service I received. Communication was perfect they did a cracking job on my Amarok. Completed on time.Really excellent professional service. 10/10.

Absolutely horrible and rude customer service over the phone!!! My insurance told me repairer would assess my vehicle today within few hours after it was towed away from my house and now, a very rude female on the phone told me they would only give a quote to insurance within 3-5 days. Are you kidding me?? I am going to request to take my car to different repairer! Learn some people skills would you??!

YRS were the smash repairer my insurance company used after my car was rear ended while parked.Excellent job of repairing rear of car.OUTSTANDING cleaning and detailing. It was like a brand new car inside and out, including wheels, all surfaces and even seat covers. The entire car was polished and new mats provided.Office and front desk staff were TERRIBLE. Updates on car not being ready by date given, were not supplied. If I had not rung, I would have turned up on the given date for pick up, with the car not ready. Promised calls to ring back with information not done; insurance company had to step in. Asking to speak to a manager gets you someone who knows even less than the last person and promises of ‘ will ring you back’ were not kept.Far better TRAINING required for office staff and front desk during a stressful time after an accident when you need reliable, accurate information.

Following an accident, my car was repaired by YSR Smash Repairs. It was a pleasure picking up my car .. YSR did a wonderful job and I loved their attention to detail.. the little things that went a long way, for example the replacing a little plastic piece in the boot of my car (as far as I am aware this wasn't included in the quote) and the polish inside and outTheir estimate of the time for the repairs was spot on which helped me as I didn't have a replacement carI would certainly recommend the crew at YSR... Thanks everyone

These guys did an amazing job repairing my car. Repairs were carried out sooner than the original time quote and the finished product as excellent, like new.I was also pleased with the communication from admin staff, unfortunately being affected by COVID time delays and then recent floods. The team were very diligent to keep me in the loop with all information they could provide.Excellent service.

Extremely poor communication skills and customer service . I'm a NRMA client, booked for car inspection at YSR Smash Repairs on 21.01.22. Received a confirmation email from NRMA on 15.03.22 about repair date and time ( it says 21.03.22). Then on 16 .03.22, I received a text message from YSR, telling me that they were already closed due to flooding and likely to be reopen on 28 of March. My point is : as a partner with NRMA, don't you communicate about business closure and re operation time ? It doesn't make sense for NRMA to arrange a place to repair my car when this place doesn't even provide any service. If I was informed by any of the parties from either YSR or NRMA on the first day of closure , I would have requested a relocation earlier!!What's worse, when I contacted YSR on 22.03.22, inquiring about a new date and time about my car repair, their original response is: We don't know

I extremely disappointed in quality of work and especially the customer service. One of the guys was openly rude to me , laughed loud out at me and believe it or not called me Babe!! He was surrounded by few other male workers who was supportive towards him including the manager. I was alone, female.Once I asked manager to provide the name of the guy who was rude he refused and said he is happy with his behaviour. Would not recommend this business no anyone.
