I would highly recommend BM Refinishers they first repaired my BMW 535i a few years ago, since then they are our first call for the fleet of company cars we own, I would never consider another panel beater. The staff were incredibly courteous and professional and show a lot of care and attention to detail. After speaking with the owner of the business they do quite a bit of restoration work to concourse detail. Their majority of repairs are Mercedes, BMW, Audi and other European cars however our fleet of company cars are all Fords and Holden’s. They also offer a loan car if we ever need one whilst repairs are being done. Definitely secured my business with them for all future panel jobs.

Craig and the team were absolutely incredible and did an amazing job bringing our car back to life. If you want the job done right make sure to use them and don't go anywhere else.

I had used this company once before and had a got a good job at a reasonable price. But this time i was quoted over $10,000 to repair a minor dent. I was quoted totally new parts for everything and a whole bunch of filler extras. Ridiculous and will never darken their door again. Can't even bother doing minor PB work, just wamted to replace everything with new parts. Quote was over 50% of the cars current worth. Not recommended to anyone.Following on my initial poor review, I received a second quote which was to actually repair the damage. This was still over $2000 but was far more realistic. I have been contacted (twice now) by Craig about this matter and have updated and revised this review in light of second quote (at his request). It seems a pity that it took a poor review to actually prompt a revised quote. Clearly he is concerned about negative reviews. I am reserving my decision on if to take up the revised offer or not.

I would like to thank Craig and his team at B & M Refinishers. This is the second time I've had to use their services. They really look after your car like it was there own. I would strongly recommend B & M Refinishers to anyone who loves cars. Keep up the fantastic work!

We've had our 3 series BMW repaired 4 times by Craig, every time under insurance (QBE, RACV, Allianz) and every time he's finished on time and done a stellar job. He has been very responsive to enquiries and we've usually dropped off and picked up our car out of hours (eg a Saturday) which has been very helpful with our work hours. Can't fault this place.
