Very nice looking motel. Room 10. Room was large and spacious. A table and a second chair, luggage rack , more lighting, a less firm bed, and stricter attention to cleaning would have made this room very comfortable. The bathroom was modern but had no powerpoint. The shower door needs maintenance and the door a good clean.

Rude, inconsiderate and wouldn’t recommend. Sign at the door said no pets yet the guy manning the motel had a big dog barking aggressively to anyone who walked by reception not what I would call professional.

Lovely new Motel, nice clean rooms, well appointed, only problem is the noise from the Hume highway Traffic.

Do Not Book here. Extremely Rude. We are a Middle aged couple. We tried to book we were told by the man on the phone there was a room available. As the booking was for the next day I asked would he like payment over phone. Was told no you can pay on arrival. Then asked where were we going. When we said Goulburn he said why didn't we book there. Unfortunately everywhere we had tried was booked out. He then said. Well I don't think I want you here either. I said I'm Sorry I'm confused I have never been refused a Motel Room Before I am a also a business owner. He said well you have now & then Hung up on me. I was shocked & tried to call back but he must of blocked my number. Extremely Erratic Behaviour from someone who wants your business.

Called to make a booking for a weekend in April (after trying to book online but the website was down, then sending an email to the address listed, that the website said to email, if the online booking is down) would have been staying for 3 nights I asked the man that answered the phone if they had availability and he said yes. Then when he asked why i would be staying for so long and i told him i was going to be running in a race down the road that weekend he told me he wasn't taking any bookings for spartan and when i asked if that included athletes (because i don't work for the event organisers and i am a PAYING customer) he still said no ....I am incredibly disappointed and a little offended by this, would he have taken my booking if i said i was staying to visit family or for a wedding or something? His tone immediately changed when said i was staying for a race. Not impressed with his service he didn't even offer an explanation as to WHY he would not take a booking for me just said no and then said he was busy and hung up.Do NOT recommend trying to book here RUDE MAN!

The room was spacious, relatively new building. Smartly furnished. Water hot!I thought there might have a lot of road noise as lots trucks at the truck stop behind however it wasn't. I think the positioning of the building helps with this.Well done Nick on keeping this place spotless.

Rather rude no just plain rude. Called to book a room got asked who I coming to see, when said why this your concerned reply was oh I just l I to know. Then asked who was the room for.Then was told can't help you.WOULD NOT STAY HERE.

The room was clean and spacious. Everything guests needed was provided. Totally happy. The proprietor is a real character and very friendly.
