Recommend everyone DO NOT going this service branch!!!!! Check your bill really carefully,I was been there for fix my car’s part and service, talk to staff three times that give to me three different prices,even I was paid deposit at end when I pick up car the balance amount still changed!!!! They just want to money!!!

They did their job well ;but the loan carif there was an accident $2000 excess.I was there for a recall on my car, i had to drop my car off early once they opened it was a free for all doesn't matter who was there 1st.Some systemof order woulg be appreciated.

Dishonest and extremely poor customer service, no star rating if it was possible. I had to continuously call the service centre to cancel a part that was ordered. The booking wasn't able to be found because of system errors and the service centre couldn't find my car or the part that was ordered. I was told by Alan that he would call me back with details to see if the Suzuki part could be returned and I never got a call back. I ended up calling again that afternoon, spoke to Alan again who said he had checked if the part could be returned and said that it couldn't and recommended to bring the car in as planned. So I took time off work and brought the car in to have the part fitted where the Mechanic (Josh) advised me not to replace the part and to just sent the part back to Suzuki for $6. Josh advised that you can send Suzuki parts back but not Honda parts. A complete stuff around and still out of pocket $6 for returning the part, ubers to get home and back to the service centre and time off work! I got no apology from Alan and nothing was fixed but still out of pocket $30 for poor service and wrong information.
