Frankston Hyundai Service

All the staff I have encountered have been a pleasure to deal with. Chris has been very clear at communicating with me, the work is noticeable as my car feels better to drive after every service. The manager Matt also took time out to say hello and introduce himself to me. I wish I could give this more than 5 stars, perfect service!

I have always been happy with Hyundai, but my last service seems to not have been done properly, and due to the oil change not being done correctly, the motor in my car has blown up, and now needs replacing. Not sure if Hyundia will take any responsibility for this, once again have always been happy but now being 10k out of pocket, I won't be taking my car back for services anymore.

Overall experience wasn’t fantastic. The vehicle spent the week there to be finally diagnosed for a relay!? After being told all these additional repairs to be completed to fix it and not fixed it, I lost trust with them quickly. Seemed like an inconvenience taking the vehicle to them and just wanted to stuff around.

Didn't let us know that they haven't received the part that was needed for the recalled defective one to be replaced. We made special arrangements, all for nothing!!

I think this place is fine for a service, but if you have anything more complicated with your car they don't take the time to diagnose it.We took our car in with an obvious problem, they said they couldn't diagnose anything but to bring it back in if the problem came back. The problem was still there pretty much immediately after the service and getting worse, so we called back and were told that we could bring the car in to get the oil levels checked (they were fine), but the car couldn't been seen to for another 3 weeks. I understand it was the Christmas/New Year's break but it was pretty disappointing that we were told that we could be seen to straight away after the first service - don't promise people that. We're now booked in with our local mechanic and are very hesitant to go back to Hyundai just to be given the run around again.

Polite and detailed in their servicing of vehicles. Provided info of the vehicle and actions taken with the vehicle. The location of the facility is away from facilities but they provide a taxi service to take people to relevant locations

Price for service is advised as $289 – when service is completed it rises to $335….3. Customer service department is mostly made up of people who either hate their job or do not understand what proper customer service means. Full of condescending comments and fake smiles.4. They expect customers to take their word for things they forgot to do or could not be bothered doing even though it was part of the job on the car for that day.5. Took the car in for service and they stuffed up the wheel alignment, had to drive back for issue to be fixed, no apology or anything offered as part of inconvenience6. They attempt to clean the car, but the car ends up dirtier than when you bring it in. Streaks on windows and incomplete cleaning

Got my Elantra serviced the guys were great I couldn’t pick the car up they happily offered to keep it overnight . The capped servicing is amazingly cheap and they don’t force you to get any extra stuff done which I have experienced with many other brands.

Booked my car in for first service very friendly staff car was returned washed nice n shiny.Keep up the good work guys.

Convenient servicing and they check when you would like the car picked up instead of leaving you guessing the whole day. In my experience haven’t been up sold to either, just service
