Unbelievable poor service , worst fuel experience in Tassie , the staff (name starts with Q) doesn't know how to operate RACT card "and the "gift card ". Tried many times and comes with many times failure . I'm worrying about the balance in my card . When i ask him what happened

Made me pay for fuel twice after the self service machine payment didnt show up ontheir computers but still took my money out, made to go inside and pay for it again as they threatened to call the copsIll call the cops myself if payment not paid back within 2 days
