The Bank Hotel
The pub itself is lovely and the staff have always been professional and courteous.The meals are amazing with plenty of variety. There is an outdoor undercover kids play ground.TAB area is tiny. Pokie area has 20 pokies good variety of machines.Not much space to just sit and drink beers if that's the atmosphere you are chasing.

Oh boy, where do I even begin with The Bank Hotel in East Maitland? Let me tell you, this place is a hoot and a half!First of all, let's talk about the decor. It's like they raided your grandma's attic and threw everything they found on the walls. But somehow, it all works together to create a charming and eclectic atmosphere. You'll find everything from taxidermy to old record players to random pieces of farm equipment on display.But let's not forget the main attraction: the drinks! The Bank Hotel has a great selection of beers, wines, and cocktails. And if you're feeling particularly adventurous, they even have a mystery shot" on the menu. I won't spoil the surprise

Friendly staff, yummy weekday lunch specials. We had the Tempura Prawns, Schnitzel and Steak Sandwich and everyone was happy with their meals. Generous portion sizes. Lots of seating options.

I can’t believe I’m having to right this as we have been long term regulars however it needs to be addressed. My family and I were booked in on Thursday , we ordered our food as soon as we arrived we spent over $120 and our food still hadn’t come out after 55 mins we went up and asked and they said our food has been sitting there for a while but there buzzers weren’t working. ( no one came and told us)When we got the food everyone’s was cold.l and the steak was so tough we had to leave it. There were German cockroaches running all over the bench we had to tell them twice. They need more staff and a manager with direction .Will never be eating here again.

Great service and food. But management when you have people in the back section next to kids playground please turn on fans and a bigger crowd the Aircon as well. We had to go out for fresh air as there were about 60 people in there and we couldn't breath!!

Semi decent service, waited over an hour for our food. When I spoke to them they spoke to me like I had already gotten my good yet I still had my buzzer and zero plates on my table. Cut out menu in half and it'll run a hell of a lot smoother. :)
