I should have read the google review comments before choosing them. I should have picked the other valuer that the bank recommended. Their valuation price came back much less than its real value. I won't recommend this company to anyone else. We need a company who can do the job professionally and someone who has a heart and can understand the valuation result is important for many people's finance and life, and they should treat it more carefully.

HORRIBLE experience, would never recommend and avoid at all costs. Extremely unprofessional. More than happy for someone in management to contact me, i invite it. If i could leave less than a 1 star rating, i would do so.

Underpriced my property by around 25k and the lady had no personality at all waste of time now I have to get another company around to do an evaluation I nearly fell over when I saw how low they valued my house

Compared to a previous valuation, Herron Todd White came in $45,000 lower. Based on recent sales in our area, they are so far off the mark, I could do a better job in about 10 minutes. Avoid using them. They have no idea. *update to response from HTW: They're not my lender, because of the grossly underpriced valuation and the need to then pay (surprise, surprise, like you guys didn't talk amongst yourselves) LMI. Terrible response. Pass the buck. They did the same thing. It wasn't us it was them. Take it up with them. I won't be doing either.

Not sure which office it was that came to value our place. I advised him I read the reviews and that should have been enough however he did try to justify and explain they were the most reputable valuators. They also did the house across the road which I let him know what price it came back at. That same night I received a call from him where he told me the house across the road, which my cousins own ( I left that part out on purpose with him) was telling fibs and they got nowhere near the price I mentioned, then went and undervalued our house. My issue was not what our house price came back at it’s more how unprofessional this company is. Calling me at 6pm at night to advise me MY COUSINS were lying about their valuation.

Bought a new apartment and our lender used this company for the valuation. We were advised before that this company is know as the worst one on the Gold Coast as they always under value. Surprise surprise they valued under $20k of the purchase price. They do not care about the person purchasing at all and create unnecessary stress. We have since had 2 other valuations carried out with different lenders and both valuations came in over $20k above what this company valued. I would avoid at ALL costs. If your lender chooses to use this company be prepared to either come up with a substantial extra payment or change lender. Total scam! ZERO stars

In June of this year, I wanted to buy a vacant land on the Gold Coast. I found a broker and paid her 10,0500 Australian dollars. She contacted Bendigo Bank and made an appointment with the CBRE appraisal company james. The land price is 950,000 and the appraisal price is 720000. I can only repay the loan500000, I was forced to change brokers and banks again, and re-appointed HTW. Within one day, I made an appointment at 9 am. The appraiser was Tony. The site was inspected at 11, and the report was issued at 17:00. The valuation was 950,000 and 20pm. The bank signs the contract online, and everything is done within one day. Because my contract deadline is about to expire, I am very grateful to HTW and Tony. He is a very professional, punctual, efficient, and amiable appraiser. , If it were not for tony, I would lose a deposit of 100,000, so tony saved our land and saved our lives. Thank you HTW again, thank TONY, if you see this experience, if you want to do it for yourself Land appointment evaluation, then please choose HTW without hesitation, they will give you a professional, objective and timely evaluation. Isn't he more professional than all other appraisers? I don't understand why he was the first to accept an order every time, and then underrated each time, forcing customers to spend more time and money before changing to another appraiser. I checked it online and many people have had similar experiences to me.
