Absolutely fantastic service, could not recommend Guy and the team enough. Guy was fantastic and kept me up to date with when the parts were coming in and as soon as they were in he was in contact with me to book my car in.

Would give 6 Stars if it was possible! My replacement hatchback, bumper lights and colour matching took 4 shorts days, at a time O'Dell's was full of other repairs. Could not fault their friendliness and professionalism. They arranged a taxi for me, a return taxi back to them and had my car back to me A FULL DAY earlier than expected. Deserves to be everyone's FIRST option for repairs and paint. Very highly recommended.

After having had two previous, pleasant experiences with this business I was surprised at the rude, obnoxious treatment I received this morning. I took my daughter’s car there to get a quote and because she had to leave for work at 8:30am I made sure I was at O’Dell’s by 8:00am which is their opening time according to their website. So I went in and asked the guy if I could get a quick quote and he just said “No”. I thought okay and waited for a reason why not. When no explanation was forthcoming I asked why and he just said “Not open “. I asked when they will be open and was told 8:30. When I pointed out that their website stated that they open at 8:00am on Fridays he just grunted and shrugged his shoulder. Up until that point I had always highly recommended them but I will now make sure that everyone knows what a surly, arrogant reception they can expect. I will never go back and I suggest that if anyone is thinking about going to O’Dell to go somewhere else where your business will be appreciated. Very highly NOT recommended.

Called about getting a ROUGH IDEA on a cost for a respray on a car. Just looking for a ball park figure to add into the budget. Tried to explain that the car has no motor and isn't drivable. Receptionist was incredibly rude, wouldn't even let me explain the situation with say NOPE NOPE don't do quotes over the phone then hang up on me! Get a new Receptionist!

Have now had three of my classics repaired and painted at O'Dell's. They all came out beautiful. Couldn't be happier. Thanks guys.

The staff were incredibly friendly and informative. They go above and beyond to make sure their customers are looked after. Service was completed to perfection and on time. Highly recommend!!!
