Fast or quick service especially when I asked assistance online. They helped me quickly, provided what I needed before I visited the place. Great customer service and very helpful, not to mention the accessories were great! I will recommend this place if you want great materials and accessories in your bathroom. My bathroom looks superb (check my taps and shower head in the photos I attached as they are so good)! Thanks guys!

The basin I ordered couldn't fit as the cutting is too big. I brought it back thinking to refund but the staff(a young man) at the show room was really helpful, he assisted me found the basin that fits. I am extremely happy with the product and the service provided. Thank you

We thoroughly recommend Acqua Bathrooms as we were able to purchase an odd size shower screen glass panel online and pick it up without any problems as we live in a regional area well outside the Sydney area. We also purchased a shower accessory at a much-discounted price which we are very happy with. We will be purchasing further items for our ensuite in due course. Lovely staff and they are willing to help and advice where necessary. Acqua Bathrooms have plenty of stock on display and many items to choose from. Could not fault Acqua Bathrooms, just a great company.

Very fast shipping. We haven't installed yet. The tap itself is beautiful. Definitely a statement piece in the kitchen. It is quite tall which I personally love and the finish is a beautiful brushed brass, matching my handles perfectly!

Acqua Bathrooms called to organise delivery within the week, asked what our preference was for delivery - in person or leave in a safe place. All items were delivered as agreed with no issues. Great range of products, unfortunately every item we were interested was not available, neither on display or in stock. Delivery was quite fast at around 11 days from purchase.
