Having been recommended Shaun by word of mouth he is now the only plumber we use. He is friendly, honest, on time, up front with costs and leaves no mess. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone else!

Shaun was so amazing at helping find the leak and then redirecting the pipe as the original leak was not easily accessible. He was so professional and efficient and am so thankful that he was able to come so quickly and get it fixed within a few hours!

We have used Shaun’s service twice now. On the first occasion, our water heater broke down and even though we reached out to Shaun on a public holiday, Shaun responded immediately and very quickly gave us great advice and options. The water heater was then replaced first thing the next morning and installed with great care.We then had an issue with a burst water valve in our garden on a later date and without hesitation, we engaged Shaun and once again, he arrived first thing the next morning, identified the issue and resolved in, leaving everything neat and tidy after. Shaun provided updates throughout the job (as I was at work) and advice for ways to prevent similar issues in the future. Absolutely great service and will continue engaging Shaun.

Shaun installed a new hot water system 2hrs after I contacted him. He was polite and efficient. He communicated well before and during installation. Would recommend him to others and would use his service again.

We had issues with water leakage at home. Shaun responded on the same day within hours after I contacted him in the morning. Very prompt with his communications & keep updating me with what was going on. He found the leak very quickly, had to jackhammer through the wall to fix the leak as it was an internal burst pipe. Cleaned up after the job was done. Had to contact him later due to water pressure issues with my shower & he was very helpful & gave me some tips on how to resolve the problem.Genuine customer service & reasonably price for the job done. Will recommend if anybody had any issues with plumbing in their home or businesses.

Super happy with the job done. I searched him up on Google (ideally near where I lived and found his services). He was able to come pretty quickly after an overnight leak that has destroyed all our kitchen and living floor areas. Shaun was prompt and exactly on time and was able to come fix it on a Sunday.
