Open Arms Yoga
If you are looking for a passionate and compassionate yoga experience I highly recommend Open Arms Yoga. Sessions with Carolyn are fun, encouraging. engaging and always tailored to my needs and ability. Starting with Carolyn during lock down has been a life saver, both physically and mentally. I had been thinking for a while about getting back into yoga, and since starting with Open Arms, I haven't regretted it.
