Tried here after giving it the flick pre-Covid.One employee serving someone on the floor. One employee serving up the back. Three employees cackling loudly to each other behind the counter.I made a lap of the store and wasn’t acknowledged once. Wife walked in and also ignored.Walked up to Supercheap and greeted on the way in.I won’t bother coming back.

Horrible experience. Trying to reap off. This message is for those genuine people.“I went to check car battery condition. They said my battery is dead and need to change the battery. They showed me few options to buy battery. I said I will take the supercharged battery with 40 months warranty which seems to a good deal. Other guy came and said the battery is sold and took the battery. No manners. And said there is non left. I said I will check super cheap. Went there. They said let’s check your battery first. When they check battery was perfect no issues at all. Only needed to be fully charged asked me drop the battery and they will charge for free. What a rip off auto barn . Never going there again. Hope this message goes to manager.

Took the Xtrail there for new wiper blades, Brendan was incredibly helpfull, helped select and instal for me. Outstanding customer service!

hopeless customer service i asked them to book me in first thing in morning for a tow pro get there 4 weeks later ohhh we need it all day but mabe lunch time it will be ready come 5 oclock just done if the had of told me they are usless at organising i would have gone elsewhere they started on car at 130 cost me jobs for the day wont go back no trust in management smart arses

Ben, Cody & Dino as well as the manager were so helpful! Just before Christmas I had done a late online order for a roof rack basket, but I was tired and didn't realise I needed the racks as well (I thought it was a kit). I arrived to pick up my order and they helped me get everything I needed AND even though it was lunchtime they helped to fit the rack and basket to my car, took about 15 minutes. They also showed me how to take the basket off. Thank you so much I had just spent a massive week packing my life up to move to Sydney and we couldn't fit everything in the moving POD, I needed the racks for my kids suitcases with their clothes! Helped so much! Not only that, they made sure I got the correct oil for my car too. And they were all super friendly, happy and helpful! Thanks guys!!

Excellent customer service. Cody couldn’t have been more helpful while installing a new blue tooth radio into my old treasured Statesman. He went that extra mile with a few other things I needed help with………customer service at its best!

Brendon did an amazing job changing my H7 lights i couldn't manage to get it done myself. He was friendly, knowledgable and very respectful. He talked me through the tricky process for future light bulb changes.
