I love going to Katra. They are always professional, do their best to fit my appointments in around my chaotic life, explain all the different treatment options to me, and always provide a professional and excellent service. There's so many fabulous treatments available and they really try to accomodate different clients with differnt needs.

Didn’t get good results from the laser hair removal. The First Lady I seen Karen did a very average job -asked for a Brazilian and she completely missed the bikini area but when I complained denied that she had missed that area even though I know she did. The second lady I seen did a much better job.

Eyebrows tattoo, eyeliner tattoo at 74 I thought OMG but with the help of Karen and Tracey I went for it and am I pleased, you can be sure I am, every little bit helps at my age.

Had a lovely experience at Katra Beauty, I was a walk-in client and I was seen straight away which was lovely, I had a brow wax and shape and Tracy was really attentive and took her time doing them. I will definitely return. Thankyou for the great service.
