Great service right from purchase of new washing machine fromKimberley then delivery very prompt with great tracking so knew exactly when arriving. Needed help as no manual with it but Tom was excellent in advising me what to do. Many thanks to all.

Went to the Hornsby Bing Lee today and dealt with Charlie the store manager. He went above and beyond his role to help me out with my appliance issue and saved me a great deal of grief. Amazing person!

It appears that Bing Lee store in Hornsby has a history of bad business practices. I was looking to buy a TV and when I looked it up on google, the TV was available from Big Lee at a price of $1,788. The ad stated that it was available from the hornsby store. I then rang the store only to be told that the sale finished yesterday and the new price is $2,495. I told the salesman Dan Miller that the price was still showing as $1,788. He left me on hold as he wanted to check himself. After a long wait of 15-20 minutes, he came back and said it was wrong and he will not honour the price as advertised. Instead of honouring their advertised price, they chose to try and cover up by attempting to change the price on the ad. Very sad to see a retailer have such unethical practices in Australia. Needless to say, I will never shop with them again. Do your homework, but give them and Bing Lee in general a WIDE BERTH. Their customer service team were just the same, came up with some lame excuse saying we don’t control google ads. What a load of baloney, Bing Lee. If you advertise a product, the least you can do is HONOUR your advertised price. I wonder what Lionel Lee will have to say about such dubious and unethical practice. Sorry but you have lost me as a customer Mr Lee.

I dealt with Harrison the other day to buy an S22 Ultra. He was very helpful and informative, he made a difficult time for me so easy and painless and I really appreciated it. He gave me a good deal on it too. Thank you very much Harrison. I would recommend giving him a raise, you definitely need to keep employees like him.

I went in with an elderly friend and we were directed to where we needed to go and a young sales assistant quickly helped us, and was courteous and helpful. This made for a pleasant shopping experience.

Fantastic service by the Hornsby Team 30th January 2023 in offering replacement value for a faulty cordless vacuum cleaner on-the-spot! It was still under warranty (just) but service was professional and friendly and I naturally upgraded to a more powerful model! Thanks Bing Lee Hornsby!

Happy to take your money! Not happy to exchange or refund when faulty. I think the store manager in this store needs to retire as he has little to no customer service. I wouldn’t purchase from this store again! Appalling customer service!

Very disappointed in walking into Bing leeshop at HORNSBY sales guys standing around and I had to wait and say to them. I can wait till you guys finish your chat. Needed to purchase a sandwich press and eventually one of them attended to me and I was not very impressed with his attitude, so I decided to contact my friend Nicholas Meza Who works in Bing Lee Taren Point, who very promptly answered my question and offered a good price on the sandwich press, will definitely purchase it from that store as soon as possible.
