Mays has been excellent in all ways with my purchase of a jade bangle for my wife. Since I was making an international purchase there are many provisions with customs I wasn’t aware of and Wai the owner of Mays has been exceptionally helpful. I have had to make exchanges due to sizing which is my fault because the bangle was a gift. I recommend reading in depth the information on Mays’ website as it is very informative and contains specifics I myself was not aware of. I worked for the ”Department of Chemistry “ at Penn State University and Wai’s knowledge in chemistry is spot on and made me confident in making the purchase internationally. I highly recommend considering Mays in making a gemstone purchase of any kind be it local or international as mine has been.

Purchased a beautiful green bangle but unfortunately due to my own measuring error it was a bit small. Called Wei and he was more than happy to exchange it for a larger bangle. I sent original bangle back on a Friday and received my equally beautiful larger bangle the following Tuesday. Extremely happy with Mays customer service and excellent product. Thank you Wei.

My jade bangle arrive far faster than any of my packages I send to my daughter in Melbourne! It was beautifully packaged with a pocket to store it in. My jade bangle arrived promptly and everything about the purchase exceeded my expectations. I was nervous to buy a jadeite bangle online, but it came with its authenticity certificate and was packaged carefully. While the online photos were pretty accurate, the actual bangle is stunning. The variations in color are highlighted depending on what I am wearing, and the overall blueish green color is beautiful. The size was perfect; it was a tight fit, but slid on with a bit of unscented/dyed oil. The dimensions and weight of the bangle were also accurate with the description online. I am one very happy customer and hope to buy some matching earrings in the future!
