Shelves badly organised. Socks all mixed up with sizes facing the wrong direction so they had to be removed to check them. Two staff just stood there watching while we went through all the stock on our hands and knees. We are in our fifties, and my wife had a medical boot on. I would be embarrassed if this was my store.

Bought something recently from BCF. It was delivered with some sort of gift card. Looks like a prepaid voucher but it's actually a prompt to get you to buy a gift card for BCF, Rebel Sports, Supercheap Auto or Macpac.What an absolutely predatory way of marketing. Disgusting.

Not too bad with their collection, I wish if they more choices and all sizes for kids

Well stocked, clean store and good range of merch. Latest ranges include NHL gear, good range of UA and discount items on previous season.

I hate how difficult it is to try on shoes. If you want to try on shoes you have to get the attention of someone working there (easier said than done) then most of the shoes (football boots) are in men's sizes so you have to convert to womens. Since not all sizes run the same from brand to brand it's difficult to find your size, so it took a while. Also when asking to try on shoes the guy gave me the wrong shoes, looked like the ones I wanted but were way more expensive. That's the problem when brands release new shoes with the same colour scheme or generation. Just something to be wary of.Also there is poor display of pricing. The prices are displayed behind the boots, so yes you have to pick up every boot just to see how much they are. I did some research online and went in with the expectation of getting Adidas boots because they were cheaper.I have wide feet, so the guy suggested Asics boots but said they're more expensive. First one I picked up was like $250, not interested in that price, so I dismissed all the Asics boots because they all seemed expensive. Turns out there were cheaper options at Rebel, but I don't want to turn over every shoe to find something in my price range. I later went to another shoe shop and they had other Asics boots, same retail price as Rebel. Turns out Asics are a good fit. If the prices were displayed better I would've brought them here. But because of all the faffing about from trying to find someone, to trying on like 6 pairs of boots with no success, I left.In the end I left without boots and picked up some jandals instead because I didn't want the past half hr to go completely to waste.My recommendations would be to have a regular shoe attendant, make it easier for people to try on shoes(I'm sure you have your reasons), add more stock of Womens boots (not unisex), more rugby boots (not soccer), better pricing displays, clear difference between womens/men's shoes, also display a conversion table from men's to womens sizes since almost all the shoes are unisex but based on men sizes.What was meant to be an in and out shop took over half an hr. Quite the hassle.

Store is nice. I always had a good experience except yesterday. The security called Danny from Npb was extremely racists. Just after I asked him why I was the only person ( black person) he asked for check the bag he started to see the other people bags. Felt so disrespected. But staff didn’t care much as they would never feel the way I felt.

Clean and tidy store customer service can be a hit n miss but overall it's okay products are normally well stocked A++++

Very disappointed with the service on Thursday night. I was ignored not helped and given the wrong shoes. Hopefully the service is up to standed during normal opening hours.
