I've had lingering hip issues mainly the right side after having kids. Diagnosed with unstable pelvis where it tilts and causes pain and discomfort and limiting hip movement. I've been searching for a combination of therapies to suit my needs not just for symptomatic relief, but also for preventative measures. With just 1 session with Jess, my hip and subsequently my whole being is fantastic. She is full of knowledge and provides sound education for strategies that I can use to ensure that I am also working on preventative measures myself.
