National Tiles Biggera Waters

My wife and I recently made a purchase from National Tiles on Brisbane Rd Biggera Waters even though I had vowed to never buy due to my distaste for the advertising style. Good old Frank! However we were blown away with the level of customer service by every single person in the store and we had dealings with multiple staff. Honestly the service is next level, we both work in the service industry and deal with people every day so know what customers can be like, but this team of professionals should be put up on a pedestal, recognized by the Chamber of Commerce and held as a benchmark, and remember they sell tiles not jewelry, not Lamborghini's, not million dollar homes, but they could definitely teach some of those sales teams a thing or two. Well done, your culture is amazing.

We purchased floor tiles from the Biggera Waters store. The staff were wonderful and while we had to wait a couple of weeks for delivery, the guys helped us load the boxes iwhen we arrived to pick them up. They also provided us the name of a grerat tiler they had on their books. All around a great experience.

Extremely helpful staff that took their time to show you various samples of the look and style you were aiming for. We asked for a few samples to take away and as we had to wait a while for them to finish with another customer they said there was no charge. Good on you National Tiles.We will be back.

A good range and competitive pricing, but if you experience any problems with our order don't expect any help. I gave my room measurements to the sales person and they mucked up the order three times! The store manager didn't want to know; he/she was 'too important' to even speak to me. I was really disappointed, having to call my builder back three times for a job he could have finished in one day. If your order goes smoothly, you will be fine, but if you encounter problems, quite the opposite. I will never go back to this store; I would rather pay more elsewhere just for better service, or at least a manager who is interested.
