My experience is mixed. I enjoy the sales people there. They are really nice and willing to help.However, the stock for women's work shoes isn't the greatest. They don't carry half sizes which means I either have to get a shoe that is slightly too small or a shoe that is way too big. They also don't have variations in widths so no matter what the shoe is too narrow for my foot. Having more options would be really great.

recently bought 3 pairs of bisley work pants,tried them on fitted perfectly,took them home and washed them,no longer fitted,shrunk.took them back to work locker,they were good said they had to send them back to bisley,would call within the week,heard nothing called work locker said they were waiting to hear back ,3 weeks later still have not heard anything,bisley has the pants,work locker has my money so I guess they are both happy,neither has contacted me,will never shop there again or recommend them to anyone,thanks for nothing

My wife called in today to simply buy a pair of FXD pants, she knew the size and style, picked them from the shelf and waited 6 minutes to hand over the money because both staff members were busy on the phone.They didn't acknowledge her presence or say I'll be with you ASAP.We like to support local businesses but sometimes online is just easier, faster, cheaper.
