We've been using Kleaning every fortnight for over a year now and they're amazing. Friendly and efficient with particular attention to customer service, reminders before each booking as well as asking you each time what you would like them to focus on upon arrival. Cannot recommend enough!

Andrew and Diana are great cleaners I am hoping we can count on in the long term. Despite being new to the service their work is great - together they have outperformed a number of previous attempts with dual or singular cleaners and even a recent deep clean, which was average. They started off well and we were happy with the service and the cleans completed. Unfortunately our regular cleaner moved on and has been a pain ever since! First they sent 2 cleaners that somehow cleaned less than the 1 cleaner we use to have. Then they sent a guy who did an average job but rocked up late and then not at all for the next 2 appointments that had been confirmed via email.Seems as though they have run out of good employees and who ever is managing the business has slacked off also!Very disappointed and will not be using them again.

Fernanda did a phenomenal job cleaning my house. She worked fast and went above and beyond. She managed to get rid of marks in my kitchen I haven’t been able to clean since we moved in, all my appliances look brand new and our glass dining table has never looked so clean! I’m so happy with the service and will definitely continue using it. I look forward to seeing Fernanda each fortnight!

Unreliable. First 2 cleans were fine. 3rd clean they just didn't show up. Sent me a reminder...then didn't send the usual cleaner, or a replacement, or notify me of an issue. I had to contact them when their cleaner didn't show.
