Spanline built or should I say tried too a sunroom have had nothing but trouble from the get-go latest was the roof was leaking insurance came out and said whoever built it never allowed for a fall on the roof it's dead flat one end the most Shonky company ever anyone thinking of using them wouldn't even suggest them to build a dog kennel don't know how they are still in business nothing but promises unfulfilled thanks Rob

While we didn't end up going ahead with our project, the Spanline team look to have a good quality product and were good to deal with throughout the quoting process - listening to what we needed, explaining options, and working through. They were one of only 2 we got quotes from who responded in a timely manner, actually set expectations on when estimates would come back and then met them, quoted what was discussed, and didn't use pressure tactics in the sale.

I phoned spanline about a flashing that has fallen of the pergola built 6 years ago to my disgust I was told by a person called Rob that that was not covered by spanline warranty as it was a workmanship fault so there warranty in my case is useless he said that a tradesmans work is only valid for 2 years what a joke I would not recommend them to anybody after the treatment I received

After 8months of paying a deposit and nothing getting done we finally received our deposit back from Doug. Wasted our time and gave us every excuse under the sun. Sales team are useless, Raylene said she would call back later in the afternoon that day, only to try calling me 3 weeks later and only called me after posting my review. Terrible service, don’t bother with them!!
