I love the store lovisa they always have the best inexpensive jewellery. But unfortunately I don’t enjoy going to this store anymore because the staff there are just so so rude. Everytime I walk in there I instantly feel judged and they don’t acknowledge me until I am ready to checkout. Also I’m one for change and the store never changes it’s like the items stay in the same spot for ages except for the 3 middle stands. If you need a lovisa and you live near capalaba I would highly recommend carindale as they have better staff and 2 stores in the Westfield centre.

Refused to return my faulty earrings past 30 days because apparently they have a 30 day warranty which is contradictory to their website. The manager said they contacted their regional manager who also said no. Spoke to Carindale store and they were happy to exchange. Train staff better on ACL rights and to never say that you can’t do anything to help with a warranty claim.
