Flaming MO's - Heating & Hot Water

Mike and Tony have a great team. We contacted them to quote us for a hot water system for our grandmother. Within hours Tony was on site. Not only was he efficient but he was extremely kind and empathetic towards our elderly grandmother. Flaming Mo's quote smashed the competitors and that included a better unit.Install was arranged for the very next day. Once again the team did not disappoint. Luke and his apprentice worked quickly and cleanly and I could not fault them.Overall a 10/10 experience. I would hands down recommend Flaming Mo's to anyone.

Mike promptly replied to my online webform enquiry in which I requested a quotation for a space heater.Mike provided me with an extremely detail quotation that outlined what was included as part of the installation package as well as its total expense.Mike also explained that it was possible that my installation may require further works and provided a quotation for these works too. This was extremely honest and upfront.When I called Mike to discuss the quote, he was extremely patient and explained the required works.Mike answered all of my questions and provided his honest opinions of two similar appliances. His expert opinion directed me to toward another appliance that I had otherwise overlooked.I am extremely happy with my new space heater. It heats the space quickly and didn’t break the bank.I can highly recommend the service that I received from Flaming MO’s!

Contacted numerous suppliers of split system units for quotes and recommendation. Flamingos were prompt to quote, advised a date in 2 weeks to install, did the install on the day promised, cleaned up and left. Recommended system is doing a good job of cooling a 45sqm room, happy with the service. Thanks.

Unfortunately we were very unhappy with our experience with this company. We paid for a gas heater fully installed, then got hit up at the end of installation with an extra $300. The senior installation guy Tony was rude, arrogant and his aggressive manner was intimidating. Tony made us very uncomfortable and aggressive. Luke the young man who actually installed our fire place doing all the work was the exception. A very polite young man

Fantastic, both Tony and Mike are very professional and efficient,seriously this is a one stop shop, they did my fire place, hot water and other work, including servicing appliances. All work done to perfection from enquiry to finish. I could not be happier, as for the review below regarding price difference, with all trade services quotes do have an expiry date, i.e a customer cannot expect a quote to be valid for an definite time. The most incredible service. If you want a gas log fire installed, these are the people to do it. From the quotation, to unit selection, to the installation of the unit itself - everything happened in the space of a week with these guys. Very professional and unbelievably helpful. Could not recommend highly enough.
