Set a time to come and said will call an hour before he is coming and when you try to call him his response was I don't have an appointment with you.Your lengthy response doesn't mean you are telling the truth at all. I called up to check if you were still coming and your response was We don't have an appointment

Bernard supplied and fitted 4 new passage door handles and a front door deadlock in our house. He done a fantastic job and was very reasonably priced. He arrived on the time and day we wanted and was very friendly. We are very happy with the overall service.

We needed a deadlock installed to our front door. Bernard was very helpful and informative over the phone and gave prises and options. It was a Sunday morning and Bernard then came out and physically showed the options and I chose the one I wanted which was also what he recommended. He was all done in 45 mins and all done for a great price. Will certainly recommend and will be using him again. Thanks Bernard.

Bernard was very patient and pleasant to deal with. Although I didn't proceed with repairing my car key, he provided options based on my need and budget. Did not proceed because I found my spare car key. Highly recommend him, haven't had such great customer service in ages!
