One staff member and I waited 24 minutes to be assisted. Absolutely terrible, staff from other sections would not assist. Piss poor.

Enjoyed browsing at Harvey Norman’s. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Definitely shop there again. Had a good variety of lounge suites too.

My experience at Harvey Norman was quite helpful and I purchased a product. The service was also reasonable, with the assistant helping me look at comparing prices and etc. Its understandable that assistance can sometimes take some time due to the amount of customers in Harvey Norman which is an incredibly minor flaw. My assistant was helpful and answered questions which made me knowledgeable when purchasing a product. Overall an efficient store with fantastic supply.

Really unprofessional. Will take you for a ride if they can. I will never shop there again. Ever. Went to buy a computer monitor. I explained I didn't want one too pricey, and it had to have an HDMI port. I chose a Lenovo on display. The guy went out back and came back saying they didn't have any in stock, but they had an Acer. I asked how much, and he said, I can do it at the same price if you want it." $298. Doing me a favour? I asked if it had an HDMI port

Good stock, customer service was okay, I planned to browse around but had staff constantly asking if I needed assistance multiple times which made things uncomfortable. Felt like vultures needing commissions on whichever staff member got in first. They did have decent knowledge on stocked items though which was good.

I’m an technology-dimwit. When I moved up here, I realised I left my remote 400kms away. I arrived 30 minutes before the store closed desperate for a solution and the staff were lovely, knowledgeable and sold me the right product quick. Later on when I stuffed up buying a google chrome cast (turns out there was one built into the TV) I got a refund without any fuss. Thank you all for being kind to me!
