came across Sam’s review, strange that you had experience like that. I have been in the area more than 10years and this shop is the best by far. The receptionist is welcoming and always clear with what they offer & also the charges are clearly mentioned. I normally pay by card and i am aware that most of times there will be surcharge. Also, they always tell you before paying. I also ask the therapist when I need more or less pressure in certain areas and they’re friendly! Well, I’m a regular customer there and I never had bad experience. In fact the shop is really clean and hygienic & therapist offer different types of massages.

Went here for a massage. Needed a deep tissue massage a can say it was a great massage. Made sure i was comfortable and all.What i don’t agree to is the cameras in the rooms. It just feels like there is someone watching you like a peeping tom from the front desk. I get it but not in the rooms whilst people dress and undress. God knows if its also recorded. I dont think ill be back because of it.

Don’t believe all those 5 stars review, i came there last week for 1 hr body massage, i tell ya this place is rubbish..! The girl can’t do massage, waste my money…!!!! Asking for HJ, i refuse and the girl stright away gave a very lazy massage. Council must inspect this place ! I WILL NOT COME BACK…

I was charged for a 45 minute massage that only went for 30 minutes. I didnt argue because i just wanted to leave, was called back because my bank transfer didnt clear instantly (no eftpos apparently?) even though i made the transfer while two staff were watching.

I can tell that all the reviews with the 5 ⭐️ are FAKE..!!! This place rubbish, waste my $70, the girl CAN’T speak english at all, CAN’T do massage, always using mobile phone to translate for all communication. Avoid it..!!! Waste your money…!!!

I have visited this shop on a few occasions. Nicole gives an amazing sports massage. Had a shoulder issue and after a few sessions with Nicole I am feeling so much better. If you any muscle issues, do yourself a favour and see Nicole. Thank you Nicole :)
