Placing the order was simple. Excellent tank range and colour range. Very good scheduling and time frame for delivery. The delivery driver was very helpful with the unload. Tanks are in and the installation was straight forward also.

From their web site to ordering over the phone with Jeff, to the delivery team, just a great experience. Even during lockdown these guys were awesome to deal with.I went with. 3000L colorbond steel tank in Monument and am thrilled with it. Looks to be very well built and I’m glad I went the extra dollars to go steel over poly (I have other poly tanks).Now patiently waiting for a big down pour of rain :-)So nice to do business with a professional bunch of folks.

Delivery incomplete initially without notice. Very poor communication. Manager refuses to introduce himself with his full name. Transaction finalised with one month delay. Not recommended.

I ought 2 4000lt water tanks from Oz Tanks only to find out their plumber was going to charge me over $2000 to install only the pipes! No digging and no concrete slab. What on earth is going on here? This is a complete ripoff! So disappointed with the level of service! They only take your money! I suggest people shop elsewhere for service and installation! Regards Marco

I have recently purchased two tanks on behalf of a customer . Jeff was extremely helpful, including ringing back with more information about the best tank options . Drivers delivering were excellent !!! Helped me position the tanks on a very steep slope with a smile . Highly recommend .

I actually ordered a tank with another company. The failed to deliver and then had hard time getting my money back. I called oz tanks and got Jeff he arranged a tank with a delivery date given on the day. All exactly as he said. Peter the delivery driver was excellent. Highly recommended.
