Ian and the team were amazing. The only company in my insurance claim that communicated with me. They attended when they said they would, clean, tidy, presentable staff who were careful and respectful of my home. I wish all the contractors were like this. Highly recommend this family business.

Ian was super knowledgeable, helpful and took his time to explain things over the phone prior to coming out and throughout the process. His team were just as friendly and know their stuff, helping get to the bottom of a major hidden mould issue causing our health issues.Couldn't be happier with all your help, thankyou for navigating us through such a stressful and confusing time.

Having to deal with insurance related to an escape of liquid claim, I was never able to get a straight answer from them around what was going to happen and needed to explain my situation over and over again as I would call and get a different person every time.Then thankfully along came Ian and Aidan from Hazard restoration and boy were they a breath of fresh air. The guys were very professional but even more importantly, they were actually empathetic to the situation that I was going through.These lovely gents actually took the time to listen and then provided me with a detailed breakdown of what steps they were going to undertake, and then what I was to expect in the coming weeks.The team took the utmost care when handling my items to prepare the job for the mold removal, and took great consideration of my lifestyle and wellbeing by ensuring that there was little disruption as possible, whilst also leaving the site clean and tidy.I will say that without the assistance from the team at Hazard Restoration, it would have made dealing with my insurance claim leave a bitter taste in my mouth. So a massive thanks to this small family run business as it's this type of service that we are missing in today's world.

Ian and the team were fantastic to deal with, very thorough and made sure the house was fully repaired before any work could commence.

I would recommend Ian and his business team without hesitation. They were punctual, friendly and professional as they worked to treat water and mould damage from inside some cupboard walls, which resulted from a shower leak. They gave us honest advice about our health with regards to the mould and left equipment (I’m sure they could have used elsewhere) with us for over 2 months that helped retain some heat within the house as we had a large hole in the ceiling. I can not recomend Ian Phillips and his company Hazard restorations highly enough, his company was the only one out of all the other people/companies my insurer has sent to fix the damage from a pipe that burst in my bathroom, Ian actually turned up on time and when his company was suppose to, he didnt leave me waiting with no one turning up or coming with no notice, he communicated with me every step of the way he was honest, compassionate and professional, he answered all my numerous questions patiently in a way I could easily understand and gave me recommendations on what to do to fix other issues with our home

I couldn't recommend Hazard Restoration more highly. Ian was fantastic. So friendly, efficient, knowledgable and always easy to contact all of which I appreciated so much.The water damage and resulting mould we had at our house was significant and we were very anxious and worried about the time and money it would take to repair.Ian assured us that he would do all it took to do the work and he did in the time he said he would take.If I ever need the services Hazard Restoration offer I'd be right on the phone to them.
