Was disgusted at Aaaron and Terri Tipene who did not inform me nor did they get back to me about an employee that terminated her employment. Mind you the employee was informed by Aaaron that he will control her decisions. This agency is supposed to support their clients to learn responsibility to make their own decisions in life. Also the employee's college kept calling Aaaron and Terri and they ignored the numerous phone calls with no explanation. Terri ignored my phone calls aswell. Horrible service 2 selfish people that are working for Nova. Don't trust them.
