I had some lithium fire alarms installed 6 months ago, very happy with the service. What really impressed me was after one failed, Myles turned up within 1/2 of contacting him and replaced the faulty one free of charge. Highly recommended.

Job may have been uncomplicated & not considered urgent, but Myles constantly stayed in contact to arrange things & always returned calls etc. He & his team efficiently replaced multiple recessed ceiling-lights that had failed. He provided a quote beforehand, so I could check that his rates were fair & reasonable. In addition, he gave a good pensioner discount. Within a hour or so of doing the job, he contacted us to say due to an error in calculations, we were accidently over-charged & the refund was made within seconds of us providing our bank details! This honesty was much appreciated & indicated his high work ethic.
