I have done a test on the 5/11/2018 in deer park clinclabFor pregnancy sugar testHowever after the nurse takes the blood and give me the sugar drink she canceled the test as she said I have to be fasting between 8-10 hours where I was fasting 12,5 hoursI call the clinclab and they advise me it is ok to do the test between 12_14 hour fastingI come back and ask the nurse to complete the test she refused to do it and I explain to her that she need to call the lab she dont care ....she done a mistake in the first place by not asking the question that need to asked and she is wrong ... and she said not I am not going to do itShe have no customer service at all and I dont think it is good to treat patients like thisShe dont care about the patient health why do i need to take blood and through in the rubbish why do i have take the sugar drink twice in less the a weekIs this how you treat your patient with carelessIf you ever want to do a test consider other options than clinclab they careless about patientsOur health not something to play with is our life

Called and made a 10am booking for my tests. Arrived on time and was told they don't do bookings and now have been waiting an hour. If they'd given me the correct information on the phone I wouldn't arrived earlier.

These places hours are the worst even when arrived before 11:30am I was still knocked back an now been waiting over half an hour for a cert to say I attended. An this lady by the name of cante knocked me back but allows people that come in 15min after me to get there tests done. This joints rigged as don't even bother with them.
