I find the staff are always knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. The deals the Shaver Shop have are great and I was so happy with the new Oral B Electric toothbrush recently purchased, I went and bought another one for our other bathroom and when we travel.

Had the miss call up and put a tooth brush on hold. She said the staff was super helpful. Went in to pick it up was there for about 2 min old mate had everything ready and gave me a discount on another tooth brush head. Was super helpful

Excellent service from a staff member on the “Black Friday” sale, I assume he was the manager. I went in to buy a Waterpik & they’d just sold their last one, so he directed me to go online, as I wasn’t able to make it to another store with my schedule. I’ll definitely be back to shop at Robina next time I need something from your collection.

Bought an item on line for $149 to then get an email very next morning promoting it for $129! Shot off an email and no response! Promised not to return and their prices have never enticed me anyway, doubt I will be missed as I have made 1 and only mistake of shopping there. (I MUST STRESS THIS IS MORE ABOUT THE COMPANY NOT THIS STORE SPECIFICALLY)

My teenage son and I come in to look at razors. We were served by Daniel P and what a fantastic service. Explained to my son more than three times how to shave in an easy step by step way. Was not pushy and didn't try to sell us the most expensive razor in the shop. Highly recommend him and will certainly be coming back to purchase all future things through him. Keep up the great work

Told the girl repeated that my limit was $200 numerous times (as I'm a university student), she wouldn't listen to me one bit and kept trying to sell my shavers way over my price max. Was way to sales pushy to the point where i decided to not buy what i came in for and walk out. Sounded like she had no idea about mens facial shaving issues when using shavers.

bought a hair straightener for my wife and updated my shaver to a panasonic 5 . i had waited some time to get one as there were shortages during the pandemic. Ben the manager helped us with both purchases and we were very happy with the service. During the next month, i was increasingly disappointed with the panasonic shaver even the cheap supermarket shaver was giving a better and closer shave. I went into the store several times hoping to find Ben but spoke to another member of staff whose sum assistance was to suggest I should have bought another shaver. I got to speak with Ben when he returned from Sick leave and the response was fantastic, he initiated a swap for a new shaver and it was swapped over in a short period of time. Anytime I want to purchase something from the store I will make sure it's Ben I speak to 100/100 for great service . Thanks Ben !
