Our beautiful boy cat Charlie was diagnosed with liver cancer 5 months ago. We wanted a vet who would come to our home. We found Craig Miller from Melbourne Mobile Vet. Craig came to our house 4 times, about once a month and explained everything thoroughly and helped us feel confident in our palliative care of Charlie.When the dreaded day came, we could not have faulted Craig's compassion, respect and explanations and Charlie died peacefully and without suffering. Craig even brought a lovely bag made by his wife and respectfully allowed us time and space to say goodbye.And there was a sympathy card in the mail today from Craig. Thank you Craig. You helped make our last months with Charlie important and full of heart.

Craig looked after our last cat, and actually extended her life by another 6 months - with good quality - after another vet had told us to put her down.He was always kind, empathetic and also practical - with great advice and knowledge on practical options for treatments, which I’m sure comes with his years of experience.He is always very generous with his time over the phone and in person, and doesn’t mind repeating information again. From the very first phone call, he was patiently offering good veterinary advice.He was also very caring when the end came, the deed needed to be done, he explained well, and allowed us time. It was over quickly and easily and was the best way for our cat to be sent off at home. I would recommend Craigs services as a vet to anyone needing practical and compassionate care for their animals, especially at end of life stage.Thanks, we appreciated your help.

Dr. Craig is absolute the best. I was having a dog for the first time in Melbourne so wasn’t sure which vet to choose, then I met Craig for my puppy’s first vaccination and keep using his service hereafter. He did more than just vaccination but a great advises on how to keep my dog healthy and well (Especially Cavalier needs special attention to his heart). Most importantly, he treats my Milo with love and care and Milo loves him! I would highly recommend Craig to my friends who have furry friends here.

We had to let our beautiful kitty Toulouse go and Craig was so helpful and put us at ease at a very difficult time. He was compassionate and answered all our questions, we would highly recommend him and we definitely made the right decision by having Craig come to our home.

He was very good and told me what was wrong with my dog

I had to put my beautiful Coco to sleep last week . Craig showed me so much compassion i was so grateful for is care. He explained everything and said we could proceed when i was ready. His wife make little calico bags that are bio degradable for backyard burials. He arrived on time and was happy foe me to make apyment a couple of days after the event . I would have no issue with recommending him he even arrived right one time. Not that i would have minded him arriving late for that appointment . Thank you Craig

Craig was a great support at the time of the passing of our Poppy. He was compassionate, professional, supportive and understanding. He made a difficult situation more bearable and it was nice for her to be at home in familiar surroundings when she was so unwell. I would highly recommend his services.
