I was so disappointed when my white gold bracelet broke after only 1 year. My Fiancé bought it for me for my Birthday and I was hoping to enjoy it for years to come. I sent it away for 2 weeks to be soldered back together and fix the broken links, but when I received it back, I found that although the soldering was done, the links still weren't fixed. Unfortunately, within 2 weeks of getting it back, the links had unravelled to the point where it broke again. Do not shop here I was going to buy a chain and watch both where scratched and when I asked to get new products they called me rude how hard is it for a jewellery story worth millions to look after their customer and supply brand new products as requested staff are unprofessional I am not impressed at all.

Went here a few weeks ago. 3 staff not doing anything, one lady seemed like she was reluctant to even acknowledge me. I found something I liked but her attitude put me off it. Went to prouds and found the polar opposite with great deals and actually helpful customer service

Had the best time buying our wedding bands here. The lady helping us made it such a lovely and memorable experience and we felt being taken care of in the best possible way. She introduced herself to us and was just overall a smiling little sunshine and incredibly helpful with a lot of knowledge about their products. She took her time with us even though the store was quite full. Would definitely recommend and come back here if we need something again.

Rude lady, wasn't interested in helping me with ring sizing or picking anything out. 3 behind the desk not doing much.Don't give them commission

Came here with my partner to buy wedding rings, and we were very well taken care of by Jo in selecting matching rings to complement our engagement bands! The rings she recommended were perfect, and she took every care to make sure we walked away happy. Fantastic service!

Addit: I have walked into this store twice since I posted the review below. Both times I had to leave empty handed then spend my $2k in other jewellery stores instead. Ok I know its not a lot of $, but MH serves white people before people like me. Even if I am waiting longer, any white person who comes to the store after me gets served immediately. Even if the salesperson is already helping me I am still told to wait.I guess it is probably how MH does business but maybe MH can look into this policy?Pest.These guys got my email and promptly started bombarding my inbox daily with rubbish. Every day I unsubscribe and every day MH change their email and email me again.

Great friendly service. Not pushy at all and very knowledgeable. Asked all the right questions to help figure out what I actually wanted. Will definitely shop there again as long as Cat G works there.

Worst customer service ever from a Michael Hill store. Lost my necklace after we sent it away for a buff and clean warranty service. The manager Stephanie promised to call with updates but she never called I had to call them for all updates.This isn't the first issue we have had at this store. They lost three of my diamonds in the cleaning machine. Keep you waiting if you need to put things in for cleaning or pick up service items.This store does not do post sale customer service very well at all.Note, if you purchased Lifetime warranty with your jewellery when you put it in for a warranty service they make you sign the T&Cs which means Michael Hill cannot be held responsible for any lost or damage caused.We are not disappointed with the brand Michal Hill just this specific store and staff.Go do a different store if you can.

I bought a chain costing over $300 which broke less than 6 weeks later. They refused to honour the warranty as apparently this does not cover a chain breaking. Very disappointed in the quality of Michael Hill product
