I was extremely lucky to have Adam and Wayne look after my husband and I. They looked after us, nothing was a bother, amazing support and ensured that everything was perfect and even let us know that if we ever need anything to call or go up even if we were on our way with the van hooked up. Adam and Wayne really do go out of their way to offer outstanding, personal service to all their customers.We were lucky enough to find the motorhome that met all our requirements at Holiday RVs at a great price. Both guys took the trouble to fully explain all the functions of the MH at pick up and it was immaculately presented. After our first weekend away in the MH we noticed a few small problems but after speaking to Adam he quickly arranged for Wayne to attend our home to look at the issues. Purchased a van on 27/2/23 and the staff were great and not hard sell,they found a van for me and traded my old van. A minor blemish was fixed without question even though used vans carry no warranty they checked everything and made sure nothing was overlooked. I would say don,t buy till you talk with them

I bought an RV from Holiday RVs in February 2023. It was always a dream to have one - and never thought it would be possible.Adam was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful and most importantly honest - happy to offer his professional advice and made my dream come true with the RV that suits my needs.He stayed back after closing time to let me view it (for about the 5th time). I’m sure I was his most annoying customer (I still call and ask questions) and nothing is too much trouble for him - always happy to take a call or answer a text message.Holiday RVs is the only place I would buy an RV/caravan from. Their customer service is the best I’ve ever encountered.Thank you Adam - looking forward to coming back for an upgrade.

My husband and I decided to upgrade our caravan & after finding one of interest we bought it from Adam who even came in on a Sunday & his day off! Service was terrific, the van was thoroughly checked over before pickup & we could not fault the service.

We just purchased caravan from Holiday RV's earlier this month and could not fault the service we received throughout the whole process. Adam was wonderful to deal with and Wayne gave an extremely thorough and helpful tour of all the operating systems of the van at the time of handover. Since the purchase, Adam has gone out of his way to assist with any questions or issues we have had. I would thoroughly recommend these guys & would happily use them again in the future.

Adam and the team are fantastic. Aside from professional and knowledgeable, the after sales is the difference. Buying second hand, not everything will be perfect and often the little things are only discovered when we used the RV.
