We completed our build with GJ Gardner in Feb 2023 and are very happy with the end result. The team at Lilydale were all genuine and kind people, and were super easy to work with. They were responsive to our requests and questions throughout the entire process, and kept us in the loop. The home was made to a high quality and we could not be more grateful. Very happy and would recommend!

The team were so fantastic from the moment we walked in the door asking for ideas of what we could accomplish on our budget, until handover day and beyond! We are so thrilled with our house! They have done a phenomenal job, even with all the challenges of Covid lockdowns and building industry shut downs we were handed over our house ahead of schedule! Called recently after hearing great things and about their quality builds.Unfortunately to my amazement I was informed that appointments can only be made by people who own their land??Who on earth purchases property without taking any kind of due diligence for potential pitfalls on a property before buying? Isn’t that your job? Lucky after contacting Metricon and Burbank I was not only given a rough estimate for a suitable dwelling for the particular block of interest but also informed of a huge pitfall of site costs. Being next to a school and being sub divided, a estimated 60k plus would required to get the job done. This would of certainly blown the budget and put me in a real deal of trouble.Thanks G.J.

I have had a great experience throughout the building process. G.J also informed me quickly if any unexpected events arose and quickly worked out potential solutions. The overall quality of the build was very good as well and was managed well by the supervisor.
