Unbelievably refused when I try to use the coupon ticket and the excuse from “it looks very rubbish” to “you need ring my number for booking first and come in.” I m so shocked when I spent $400 bought those tickets and been told” no expire date and just come in we will look after you…” definitely won’t come back for this doggy business! The photo shows when the boss tell me they are so busy……

Paid $100 for in and out wash. After drove from Syd to Melb my car was super dirty with dead bugs stuck everywhere. They made it sparkly clean. Good job

I had a few errands to run at Box Hill Shopping Centre and thought I'd get the car washed whilst I'm shopping. It took a while for somebody to attend to me for me to get my car booked in but was told it would be a 2.5 hours wait for my car to be washed! The guy got his boss and reduced it down to 1.5 hours (probably the only saving grace to give this place a 2 star rating). For an Inside and Outside wash, clean, and shine (interior only) would cost me $49.90 - a little steep compared to the place I usually take my car for detailing.When I came back my car was certainly ready and at first glance the car seemed fine as I had to rush off my to next appointment. However low and behold, on closer inspection I found that my car was no where near properly cleaned as shown by the pictures. The interior was still dusty, sticky - a clear sign that it was not properly cleaned, wiped or vacuumed. The leaves and dust were not even removed from the boot's and wiper's gutters.After the recent dust storms, I thought I would get my car professionally cleaned but I could certainly do a better job myself! The boss even tried to sell me a pack of 5 vouchers which luckily I didn't buy because I don't live around the area (about 40 mins away).I'm super disappointed at the quality of work performed and definitely won't be back. Shoddy work for an expensive fee. Not happy.

Dont come. the person quoted me $100 for a in and out wash for coupe car because the car is too dirty, however there are still dirts and bugs on the car after washing. the machine also damaged the paint, they just make it worse.
