My fiancé got my engagement ring from Michael Arthur. He couldn't speak highly enough of his experience and the knowledge he gained from his visits with Michael and felt 100% confident that Michael Arthur was the best place to get my engagement ring (and he did plenty of research). I actually followed their Instagram page and always thought that their jewellery was beyond amazing but never thought they would be affordable. My fiancé told me that he was quite surprised as well. He ended up getting me the most beautiful ring and told me that Michael ended up coming in under his price which is so rare as I know that jewellers tend to upsell. Last week my ring was featured on their Instagram page and couldn't believe it was actually mine! Moral of the story is, never judge a book and assume they're like everyone else. I also know they just updated their website and you can purchase their rings from anywhere in the world so no matter where you are you'll be getting an amazing product for a great price, So so happy!

I have to say, after getting my wife's engagement ring, our wedding rings and a few gifts from Michael Arthur over the years, this by far has been my best experience yet.Vivian assisted me and even thought they must deal with so many clients, she remembered exactly who I was, my wife's name and the details of our previous purchases.Vivian served me with a great coffee and then helped me design a sentimental piece for my wife for her push present. She took the time to ask what was important to her, what we might be able to incorporate and the result was perfect. Give them a budget, have a chat with them and they will work wonders.You really do feel like you leave feeling apart of the Michael Arthur family.

If I could give 0 I would... the worst customer service I have ever experienced.I had my engagement ring made there on a high recommendation from a very close friend. I brought my grandmothers engagement ring and one of her pendants to be melted down to make the band for my ring where the diamond from the engagement ring would be returned to us. The sales person weighed the gold and said it would be fine to use for my engagement ring. No photos of the ring and pendant were taken by the sales person, nor us because 1. that is not our responsibility and 2. we trusted them.The ring would take about 6 weeks to 2 months to be made and although I knew what the ring looked like, my partner wanted the proposal to be a surprise so I was not to know when he picked up the ring. When the ring was ready my fiance picked it up and he was given back the diamond that was in my grandmothers engagement ring. When he brought the ring back to my home and showed my mother the diamond from her mother's engagement ring, she was devastated. It was significantly smaller than the diamond that was in my grandmother's ring.My fiance and mother did not want to tell me because they did not want to ruin the surprise of my proposal which happened about 6 months later. After telling me I said we should meet with Michael Arthur, the jeweller, to understand what happened. My mother didn't want to make a fuss. When my grandmother's wedding anniversary passed recently (my grandmother is no longer with us), Mum was still upset about the diamond so I suggested we arrange a time to meet with Michael Arthur to understand what happened for peace of mind.Side note, after my fiance proposed and I got the ring, it was too big. I didn't understand why since the salesperson had taken my ring measurements. We went into the boutique a few days after getting engaged to get the ring resized. I was told don't worry
