Harvey Norman Tura Beach

They say they deliver, but beware. I was left with a fridge they wouldn’t bring up stairs AFTER I particularly asked the salesperson and described in detail. Had to pay $500 for a furniture removalists to come and install.I have never purchased anything from other retailers and I’m talking stoves, fridges, freezers, washing machines, that weren’t delivered, unpacked, installed and rubbish taken away. That is from other Harvey Normans as well.Tura beach store is also dirty and unorganised.The sales person looked at me like was an idiot when I didn’t want to spend another $1500 on after sales extended warranty. Rude really. Especially when it has been proven that this is just a revenue raising exercise, with very small percentage of claims.

Haven't stepped in to store for the past 3 years after a salesman literally roared at my little grandkids. The kids had started running but he should have asked me to deal with them, not terrorised them. We'd only been in-store for about a minute. I've spent thousands in the store, but will not spend another cent there.It might help other customers if a kids' station was set up in a corner so that harried parents/grandparents are able to attend to their shopping needs. No-one takes little kids shopping if they have time free to shop.

Staff too busy patting a dog in carpark then would not sell display item because it was the last one. Thought customer service and sales are the key to a good business

Upon arrival in the technology section I was hesitantly greeted by and unenthusiastic salesman. As I was browsing I couldn’t find the product I was looking for so I was gonna ask him but then another salesman came in and started chatted him up with bro this bro that and openly used the F word with us in earshot and with our 3 year old.Decided to leave then and there and not even bother asking and just go back to online shopping. I’ve been going to this store for years and this same salesman has openly sworn in front of me and other customers and that’s just not on. Won’t be spending any more money there.

Awesome service by all of the staff. Just had my Dyson returned after being repaired using the product care which Harvey Norman offers, well worth the small expenditure. Can't be more happy with after sales care by the team in store and Dyson. I buy all my appliances here

Very helpful and generous as the lovely guy helped my digital photos frame for me 2 days to put my photos in for my father’s old history

After experiencing a product fault, Brent went in to bat for us big time and really looked after me, the customer, instead of the manufacturer. It was followed through to the end with a great outcome. Excellent service. Thank you.

The staff are helpful. Usually know what they are talking about and honest enough to say when don't. In computer section they can be more invested in selling than what you need. Varies from person to person.
