food is good but the woman working on 16/01/23 is....for lack of a better word, RUDE AF. she was so abrupt on the phone and was being so mean to everyone else working there. I wish I got her name so that I could give her a proper shout out but this woman should think about changing to a job that doesn't require interactions with other human beings. Or get therapy!

Wow I’m so dissatisfied with my dinner from here tonight! The difference between their Marriott waters store and their Knoxfield store is on another level!I should have checked reviews before trying out the Marriott waters store.. the store is so uninviting + tiny and darkmy large combo came with hardly any beef, a large (plastic) container full of below average rice, a few pieces of beef and uncut/uncooked vegetables.The boy serving us seemed like he could not understand basic English and they told us the wait was going to be 40 mins after we paid. Will not go back.

Marriott Waters Store.Where do I start….Probably the worst Chinese food I have had in a long time. Definitely will never go back. Fried rice is basically boiled rice with a few peas thrown in for a bit of colour, some egg and about 4 pieces of meat, not much wok tossing going on there! No wok taste to it at all. Steamed dimmys look like they are about 2 months old, was actually too scared to eat them (see photos I posted), even too scared to give them to my dog incase they kill him tbh. Food is colourless and tasteless. Was just horrible. Shop is grotty as well. Yuk. Was basically inedible. Also they tell you 30min wait time when its closer to an hour, then your order comes out with missing items so you’re waiting even longer….. don’t waste your time.

I'd recommend this place if you want to dial the number for 10 minutes cause it's busy, then once they answer be on hold for 7 mins then when they finally go to take your order be hung up on cause the person on the other end of the phone can't hear you!!! REALLY have to do better than this as a business!!!

I have been a regular customer for years. As a shift worker I have been eating Woked on my night shifts weekly for year's. Lately I have been very disappointed. There quality is not what it used to be. The main meal I have been ordering for year's no longer comes with prawns?? The special fried rice is no longer special. They are cutting cost by cutting quality but still changing top dollar.

Rude customer service, Wouldn't tell me how long the order would take and turned her back to walk away as we were speaking. Fried wontons were a disgrace if you can call them wontons, pictures attached. Spring rolls were cold in the middle. The 1 star is for the fried rice because that was great.

Found this egg shell in my fried rice bowl.?Honestly make your food properly. And check it properly before dumping in to a take away bowl and selling it off to your customers. If I wasn’t so tired from a long day I would have drove all the way back in person to return this and demand a refund.

Wasn't sure what to get for dinner, stumbled across this little shop. Ordered sweet and sour pork, hands down the best sweet and sour pork I've ever had. Definitely won't be going anywhere else from now on. You can watch the cook do his thing aswell, it's pretty cool.
