During my holiday stays in Kangaroo island, I was shocked to find out that one of my wheels had missing caliper bolt on brake (My family was in an extremely dangerous situation). I went straight to one of mechanic shops but was rejected, as they were busy. Then I went to Nepean Motors. Even though they were busy with scheduled bookings, they were more than happy to help me. The owner advised me that new part was not available in Kangaroo island or Adelaide and it's only available in Melbourne and it would take more than 2 days to deliver. This meant I couldn't drive my car and I have to extend my accommodation in Kangaroo island, re-schudule my ferry and change all my travel plan back to Sydney. The owner and this gentleman (Joss) were very kind enough to get me out of this trouble. They did best effort to find second hand caliper bolt around Kangaroo island (multiple personal calls and checking tool box etc). Joss finally found one which was not exactly matched to mine but he shortened a bit to match. I can't thank them enough on their professionalism and extremely high level of customer services. Thank you and Thank you again...Joss, you are the best mate!!!
