Horrocks Beach
A good destination for a couple of days. Caravan park comfortable, large site with green grass. Fish and chips from the General Store inedible. A dreadful way to treat what was claimed to be Red Throat Emperor. Dry, tough, over cooked and oily and the chips were the same. Really letting the team down but the only outlet in town. Maybe a bit too comfortable.

Horrocks Beach
For the number one mainland beach in Australia my expectations were quite high. We must have visited on a rough day.It was really windy and the sand was covered in seaweed. We had a walk down the beach and on the jetty which was ok.There's a couple of shade structures around and heaps of parking.If this review has been helpful please like it.

Was highly recommended to take the drive to Horrocks Beach for the best fish and chips Eva! we arrived hungry and excited at the experienceAs i walked in the note on the door said closing early today at 12pm we arrived at 11am.. they have secured a huge catering job and can't service travellers not even a coffee.. so disappointed! But totally understand and get business where you can... we did meet some amazing character from Perth and it made the drive in worth while...we will come back for those so called amazing fish and chips! Our mouths watered all the way to Kalbarri... lol

Such a beautiful caravan park, staff are friendly and helpful walking distance to the beach and jetty. One great general store the best salad wraps you can buy fish and chip are to do die for.

Great place. Not much going on but perfect for a stop with a pair of binoculars. Only small complaint is the public toilets being locked at around 12pm on a Friday - other than that was nice.
