Epic vibes at F45 Brunswick East! Couldn't speak more highly of the team - the trainers really know their stuff and genuinely care about clients and their individual goals. Great variety of workouts that focus on certain muscle groups or full body cardio, depending on the day.

Fun, friendly and supportive environment for any fitness level. You get a great workout in, have a sweat, a laugh and feel motivated to take on anything the rest of the day throws at you. The trainers are great at helping when you need an alternate exercise or some more coaching and push you enough to make sure you get the best out of your workout. 10/10 would recommend, I am very happy my friend dragged me along to get back into gear after a long lockdown

This is an excellent gym, with quality trainers and a wonderful warm atmosphere. Having spent years training in regular gyms, I decided it was time to mix things up and try workouts that were more functional and with a solid cardio element. I feel like I am definitely getting more out of my fitness routine with the F45 classes, and it's a bonus that it's fun and both the trainers and members are welcoming and friendly. The workouts are challenging and you will definitely break a sweat. Highly recommended gym overall!

Could not recommend this place enough! I trained for 6 months at F45 Brunswick East and I couldn't have asked for a better support team to improve my health. I'm the healthiest, both physically and mentally that I've ever been! The team are friendly, knowledgeable, encouraging and genuinely care for the health of the community and every individual who comes through. I'm so sad to leave this studio as I've relocated. Thank you Nick, Maneesha, Jake and the F45 family for providing me the best quality of life!

Where do I begin - trainers have gone above and beyond to help me achieve my goals. I tended to stick to gyms that were female-led and occupied in the past because honestly working out around men intimidated me but the trainers have been nothing but kind, genuine, understanding and supportive! They have always been on hand to help with nutrition, form and recovery and have even helped me outside of class.Also trainers can play some absolute bangers which I am all for!

Great gym and supportive trainers who go above and beyond. They pay attention to your goals and help you with everything from your form to your nutrition. The workouts are always challenging and they're switched up frequently so it's always dynamic and new. You're part of a warm group of people who are all trying to improve themselves and support one another. Great workout tunes also, especially the 2000s hip hop.
