Recently had blinds designed, made and installed by Northern Blinds.From the beginning with Amanda providing us with an honest opinion on what best suited our needs and amazing range of both fabrics and styles to the on-site measure and install by the team, the entire process was professional and completed from start to finish within the timeframe advised.A positive experience and would highly recommend Northern Blinds.Looking forward to working with them again soon.

Northern Blinds were asked to come back to sort out an issue with a binding roller in one of our glass doors.Adam, a new employee, was sent to look for a solution and fix the problem.I cannot not recommend his service, tidiness, attitude and attention to detail highly enough. To top it off, Adam is a top bloke.This company has themselves a real asset by having him as an employee.Job well done.Thanks

Good range of products and good service.

Mark provides excellent advice, drawing on years of experience. We've bought two lots of sliding doors from him which are absolutely perfect. Now back for another lot. Mark talked through all the options, features, advantages and disadvantages. We know it's money well spent.Our builder and us definitely recommend Northern Blinds.

In my dealings with them I received extremely late responses (months) and no solution. Employed to repair a lock, they looked at the house multiple times, left and said they would find the solution, proceeded to provide no update unless prompted (in which case no conclusion had been reached over the duration of two months). Contact was always difficult and customer service was abhorrent. Really disappointing of a local business that had been so promising from the get go.
