Terrible communication. told repeatedly that he didn't have enough workers to do my car whilst someone I knew got their car in after and back before mine. Dishonesty isn't the way to run a business. Try another mechanic - that's what I had to do in the end

Went in for an (initial) 1.5 hour brake fluid and window fault on BMW. From then many faults suddenly happened. I had my vehicle returned 5 weeks later at substantial costs. Throughout the process excuses made and promised calls did not happen m IT WAS HELL!

ownership has changed recently which explains why the high rating no longer reflects the truth. can’t believe how horrific this whole experience was … parts were taking ages to come for a rego change i needed which is totally understandable if that was the only problem. however, the owner would leave me in the dark for a week at a time, with terrible communication full knowing that this was my only vehicle! all up my car was here for 5 weeks straight with the process still incomplete. they also put ROAD TYRES on my 4WD, incorrectly installed a seatbelt AND a speedo cable (making it worse than it was to start with) and were completely incompetent in so many ways. he also tried to convince me i shouldn’t use my ute as my daily and told me to buy a runabout as a way to bypass his own errors and put it on me!!! i took the car to another brilliant mechanic (la macchina) who sorted everything in a week … would absolutely never recommend anyone to use this mechanic. to top it all off, when i finally went to take my car back as it had been so long, the owner wouldn’t even come and talk to me even though i could hear him in the staff room and wouldn’t answer my calls or texts. the only redeeming factor was the other staff members who were lovely.

Did an excellent job on servicing my car. the price was good, and the customer service was fantastic, they talk me exactly what was wrong and needed fixing. I definitely recommend servicing your car here!

After using them two months ago, my Toyota started getting problems, and the problem still exists after they fixed them multiple times. I wouldn't recommend them after the new owner has taken over.

Had my car serviced and detail cleaned there recently and they did an amazing job for a very reasonable price! They explained very clearly what work needed doing and why, super happy with this place and would highly recommend.

Friendly, informative servicing. I was told exactly what needed fixing, why, and how soon. They were helpful with costing, advising what different components and labour would likely cost so I was not surprised or inconvenienced in any way.Incredibly happy with every aspect of my dealings with Millner's current staff. And peace of mind with my car.
