Polished Lounge

I called up and booked mani/pedi $55 and with shellac i think it was an extra $20. It was suggest to me to get SNS and i was told it would be $60 so i agreed. It was only SNS on the hands as the feet had already been started. I ended up paying $135 in total. The price was not clearly explained to me. No mention of $135. It was worded so I'd think it was $60 in total. The pedicure had also started so i was charged mani plus SNS. My skin on one of my fingers split at the edge due to the filing. My heels started to sting the nect day and it lasted almost 2 weeks because so much fresh skin was taken off. Sorry, but if you had told me $135 i would have said no. For this i wont be returning ever again.

Amazing experience here and excellent job by Lyn. I went to so many nail Saloon’s and got disappointed but here they do for our money’s worth. Great customer service as no language barrier. I will definitely recommend them to friends and family.

Very underwhelming experience.. staff were nice but didn’t really interact. Pedicure itself was not pleasant, bits of nail were trimmed back and ripped out of the cuticles. No foot massage which is what I really needed, legs not feet were exfoliated which wasn’t done properly. Was left afterwards for about 20 minutes sitting in a corner facing the wall waiting for nails to dry.. shop then shut, nails didn’t dry properly. Today I discovered that my big toe has an infection starting. Thanks for the awesome service… would not recommend.

I visited this salon today. Very unhappy about the service!Manicure was shocking. As shown in the photos, you can see dead skin and nail polish around my nails. The whole manicure process was painful as the woman was doing this so hastily…even her colleague admitted that when I showed her my nails. One of my nails was bleeding a bit.One finger turned out murky as shown in the photo.My nails have nail polish around them. She tried to remove one spot with nail file!! Then she left and started working on someone else’s nails without even asking if I was happy. My two thumbs look different as she filed the top of one so much that it became flat on top.They were not even apologetic!!Terrible service! Not professional in attitude or work and they charged $130 for this poor quality work.6/6/2022 - Following the reply from T.T. (owner) I contacted the store today. The staff member first said she did not know who the owner was. Then said a T.T. did not work there anymore. I asked about the manager. She said Lee is only in on Fridays and on the weekends. She said there's a supervisor, Linda, who was not in. I asked her to get them to call me, and she said she did not have phone numbers for any of these people!!!

After my like 1000th trip to Polished Lounge today I have to say they are simply the best. My nails are so so so strong, the shape is emasculate, the price is really great, the staff take very good care of you to make sure you are happy with what they do. They DO NOT upsell or try to push anything on you, infact they've given me great discounts and haven't charged when I've come in with a broken nails. I recommend this place to everyone, and am constantly complimented on my nail shape and the amazing chrome/metallic colors they have available (which a lot of places don't!). 10/10!

Excellent shellac pedicure, and super efficient service

Was here was a client today and the staff were so rude, spoke in their language and completely ignored my client. Definitely won't be going here.

Went to get shellac and there was only 1 customer getting a pedicure. No-one else was in there and the employees were just sitting around. I asked if they had time for a shellac manicure and was briskly told they were all booked out right now.
