Amazing Nails

These ladies were absolutely slammed today, and still took care with - and did an incredible job on - my nails, as well as those of the other patrons that were there at the time of my booking.I got sns with tips. It’s nice and thin (but not too thin!), which I personally prefer.Very happy (though I’ve never been disappointed here anyway!!)

Average manicure - the girl was inexperienced, a trainee maybe? My nails were badly shaped and roughly filed.Poor communication - inpatient, corrected my English with big arrogance. I mean...seriously...?Unfriendly staff - the owner was unhappy and grumpy, seems living a miserable life. Very unprofessional that she took it out on customers.Nails salon supposes to be a place to bring beauty to life, unfortunately choosing to visit this grief place just ruined my day. Avoid if you could.

I have been to many nail salons over the years but Amazing nails is the best! Every time I have a manicure and pedicure - my hands and feet are transformed. This is one of the few nail bars that offer complimentary bottles of water to which customers can help themselves. Amazing nails also have the highest standards of hygiene. Foot spas are lined with a plastic cover which are removed and thrown away after each customer. Nail scissors and clippers are cleaned in a sterilising machine and sealed in sterile packaging (just like the dentist), ready for each customer. The owner and her staff are friendly, efficient and professional and happy to have a chat. Occasionally, a member of staff may need to bring their child into work but this has never been a problem in my experience. I take my hat off to these hard working mums and would not go anywhere else to have my nails done!!

A friend of mine recommended Annie at Amazing nails 6 months ago. Annie is the owner. She is so warm and friendly. I instantly felt comfortable in her presence . She is professional and takes pride in her work. My nails always look lovely, elegant and perfect.Nothing is too much trouble for her.I will continue to get my nails done at Amazing nails. I highly recommend their services.

PLEASE AVOID! I came here because of the good reviews, but have been really disappointed. I made an appointment, but was left for 30 minutes before being attended to. Because of the delay I had to cancel my shellac pedicure and just do shellac manicure because I no longer had enough time to do both. They weren’t happy and proceeded to do a below average job of my manicure. To top it all off I was charged an extra $15 to get my SNS taken off. Very disappointed. All in all I paid $15 to first get SNS taken off my hands, $20 to get shellac back on and $5 to get shellac taken off my toes.

I was coming to this place for years. No more. I was there yesterday for a very last time. 1. One of the workers brought her child to work. Lovely kid who was non-stop screaming for mothers’ attention. And getting it, interfering with her work. Touching tools and dropping them on the floor. 2. Staff had an extremely dirty apron on, both of them. 3. They ignored me and non-stop talked in their language. 4. For my pedicure they used freezing water. For my manicure water was extremely hot. Both times, I had to ask them to adjust temperature of water. No apologies. 5. No drink was offered and massage on a chair I switch on myself. 6. The worst pedicure I ever had. My feet are looking the same as before, just shorter nail and colour, nothing else was done, dead skin was not removed. I didn't say anything, just walked away, hate arguments.

Best SNS nails! Lovely & friendly team with over 500 gorgeous SNS colours to choose from. I’ve always struggled to find the right shade of blue but these guys had heaps.They were really gentle with filing my nails and made sure they were all even and perfect. Would definitely recommend amazing nails for anyone who values quality.Would go here again 100%

Annie would have to be the most brilliant nail specialist I have ever been to in Melboune. Every time she does my toes and fingers , not only do they last forever, they look neat demons and not bulky like some other bad experiences have had in the past. I love coming here as Annie is friendly kind and so thorough, oh and doesn’t take forever.Highly recommend to anybody wanting perfect nails, shellac, and acrylic or even a fashionable design.
