Im not happy with one worker who is Assyrian she's rude and fake i don't need anyone who act like that to any customers because she's not better than anyone's else,if she doesn't like Customer service job go get a new job that is stuck up like her ppl like her forget where they came from nothing to something here

Came in to purchase a engagement ring with my brothers and Julie and another staff member were so understanding and patient they also were so very helpful to us with even the smallest of details .

I had come here a little while ago to buy some earrings and the manager was very rude. If I am going to pay for a product, I do first want to feel and touch it to see if I truly do want it.After asking the manager to see the earring on the stand, she was like “can’t you see it through the glass, the mirror doesn’t change its size”. This shocked me because what type of customer service is that.I was so surprised and taken back by her rudeness. I’ve never met a jewellery manager with bad customer service but hey there’s a first for everything.It’s safe to say I’ll never come back and buy from this store as I don’t want to be served by a Karen like her.

Had the pleasure being served by a woman named Yen, who met all our needs in finding last minute gifts for Christmas. Excellent customer service and made us feel comfortable helping my mum, sister and I!!

The assistant manager was very helpful and didn't mind answering all my questions to find the perfect ring! And no pressure at all to purchase the more expensive rings too which was nice! Great customer service and reasonable prices with a good variety of jewellery, I highly recommend this jeweller!

I went here on the 18th of September around 1pm, I had a lay buy for a ring which I was told had a set price. However they added a resize price on top which was never discussed about beforehand. They then began to rip me off by saying I had to pay another $85 dollars for resize. Then when the worker spoke to her manger who was a blonde haired women, she looked at the papers and said it was a wrong price. As I was attempting to speak to her about it she cut me off while she was ripping me off saying that she was talking and I shouldn’t interrupt her. She spoke in such a disgusting tone to me when she had made the mistake. Please educate your employees because I’m not doing them a service by buying from them. Please check the blonde haired lady so she can learn some costumer service, but it will probably really difficult for her.

As I went into one of your stores in Wetherill Park Stockland myself, my sister and my nephew to get him a watch that he was interested in around 12pm today 30/11 so as the employee was processing the transaction to pay for the watch the price was came up differently from what it said under it on the display window, it was $150 and it scanned at $169 and then as I was explaining that if the price is displayed and it's there, the retail policy is you have to give it at that sale price, as ive been working in retail for the past 15years and then another worker came and said that shes the manager and she can help and after what i said , she responded in very rude manner and told me that she knows her job and she told me to go educate my self and she walked off and I was very frustrated and angry and it affected my mental health as I'm already going through hard time and depression . it wasn't very nice of her to say that to a customer . Maybe she needs to get trained on how to deal with customers and be respectful . by what she did you store just lost a customer and I'm sure no one will wants to be served by someone who's rude .

My family just came in for an insurance claim and Julie the store manager was AMAZING! She was so friendly and professional. She opened the store earlier for us so we had the shop and her undivided attention to ourselves (in her own time!) Customer service 10 out of 10! Thank you Julie!
